October storyteller Dan Santow recently retired, and now spends his time pretty much doing what he wants. This includes preparing for tonight’s Outspoken event, as well as volunteering at the Nourishing Hope food pantry and Paws animal rescue, travelling, cooking, reading at 2 in the afternoon and not setting his alarm clock unless he absolutely has to. Dan’s first cousin once removed was the voice of Fred Flintstone. Hear Dan’s story at OUTspoken Tuesday, October 6, at Sidetrack. Seating from 6pm, stories 7-9pm.
